Sylvester Splintor is a Contributing Editor to UPON PAPER online. Hailing from Hungary, Sylvestor studied medicine at the Avicenna Nemzetközi Kollégium in Budapest, before going on to cater customers wishes at a downtown Pest concept store. He eventually realised his dream of becoming an art groupie in London, thanks to budget airlines, a room on Broadway (Market) and the empty dreams and shallowness he found there in abundance. His Lancashire-born mother referred to him as “neither use nor ornament”, and he hopes one day to make her as pleased with him as he is of himself.
